Sunnybeam’s Sunny Day Camp 2023 Registration Form

Sunny Day Camp is a wonderful way to extend your child's experience with Sunnybeam. For those new to the school, it's a great way for your child to become acquainted with Sunnybeam. Sessions are open to all students, ages 3-6. (Those attending Sunnybeam may turn 3 by August 31, 2023). 

 

Sunny Day registration occurs in two rounds. The first round is first-come, first-served for all current, outgoing and incoming Sunnybeam students and their siblings. The second round is first-come, first-served for the general public. 

 

  • Thursday, Feb. 16, 7:00am* - Friday, March 3, 5:00pm - Priority Registration for current, outgoing and incoming Sunnybeam students and their siblings, as well as alumni.

 

  • Monday, March 6, 7:00am* - General Registration begins; registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: If camps fill in Priority Registration, General Registration will be for waitlist spots.

 

*Each registration will open at 7:00am using this online registration form. No early registrations will be accepted.

 

To reserve a space, please complete the registration form. You will be notified within 3 days if your child has a spot. You then will have 24 hours to confirm your spot and pay the full tuition. Each camp costs $285, has 18 spots, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a cancellation is made at least 60 days before the first day of camp, the cost of camp less a non-refundable fee of $75 will be refunded. The entire tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 60 days before camp begins. Students who register after a camp has begun will not receive a prorated tuition. Conditions of Registration

​I understand that if my child does not attend Sunny Day Camp after being awarded a place and paying the tuition, we forfeit the $75 non-refundable fee. Further, I acknowledge that tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 60 days before camp begins. If my preferred session at Sunny Day Camp is full, my child will be placed on a waitlist.

SUNNYBEAM SCHOOL GENERAL RELEASE

In consideration for permitting my child to attend Sunny Day Camp at Sunnybeam School, I hereby waive and release the Sunnybeam School, together with its owners, officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected to my or my child’s attendance at Sunnybeam School, even if caused by the negligence (other than the gross negligence) of the Sunnybeam School, its employees or agents.

 

I personally assume all risks associated with my or my child’s attendance Sunny Day Camp at Sunnybeam School, and further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sunnybeam School, its owners, officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents, against all liability, claims or damages arising out of my child’s attendance at Sunnybeam School, including any claims made by others for personal injury or property damage allegedly caused by me or my child.

 

This Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, effective as of the date indicated below.
