Sunnybeam School 2024-2025 Registration Form

Sunnybeam registration occurs in two rounds. The first round is priority enrollment for returning Sunnybeam students and their siblings, as well as children of alumni. The second round is first-come, first-served for the general public. No early registration forms will be accepted.

  • Friday, Jan. 19, 7:00am - Friday, Feb. 2 - priority enrollment for current Sunnybeam students, siblings and alumni. Applications accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning with current Sunnybeam students, followed by their siblings, followed by children of alumni. Butterfly class first priority is given to current Caterpillars followed by the groups above. The Caterpillar class will have a maximum of 22 students, the Butterfly class a maximum of 24 students and Butterfly Enrichment and Butterfly Afternoon* have limited enrollment.

  • Friday, Feb. 9, 7:00 am - general enrollment begins; applications accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

*At this time we are creating an interest list only for our Thursday Butterfly Afternoon program, as we are evaluating the program.

Thank you for your interest in Sunnybeam. To begin the registration process for your child, please complete this form. We will confirm your child’s spot in next year’s Sunnybeam class within 3 days, if there is space available. You will then have 24 hours to decline or secure your child's space by paying the $95 registration fee, $150 activity fee and June tuition. Once these fees and tuition have been paid they are non-refundable.

 

A recommended Building Fund donation will be requested with tuition in September to go toward maintaining our historic schoolhouse.

Caterpillar Class - Tues/Thurs 9:00am-1:00pm $425/month - $4,250/annually (Must be 3 by November 31, 2024)

 

Butterfly Class - Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00am-1:00pm $570/month - $5,700/annually (Must be 4 by August 31, 2024)

 

Butterfly Enrichment - Tuesday 1:30-3:30pm $160/day/month - $1,280/annually

 

Butterfly Afternoon - Thursday 1:30-3:30pm $160/day/month - $1,280/annually (interest list only)

Class Registration

Which class(es) are you registering for?

I understand that if my child does not attend Sunnybeam School after being awarded and accepting a spot, the registration fee, activity fee and June’s tuition are non-refundable. If my preferred class at Sunnybeam is full, my child will be placed on a waitlist and no fees collected.

SUNNYBEAM SCHOOL GENERAL RELEASE

In consideration for permitting my child to attend Sunnybeam School, I hereby waive and release the Sunnybeam School, together with its owners, officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected to my or my child’s attendance at Sunnybeam School, even if caused by the negligence (other than the gross negligence) of the Sunnybeam School, its employees or agents.

I personally assume all risks associated with my or my child’s attendance at Sunnybeam School, and further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sunnybeam School, its owners, officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents, against all liability, claims or damages arising out of my child’s attendance at Sunnybeam School, including any claims made by others for personal injury or property damage allegedly caused by me or my child. This Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, effective as of the date indicated below.

 

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT.
