2025-2026 Registration
We are thrilled to welcome our Caterpillars and Butterflies to the 2025-2026 school year. We are excited to be piloting a 5-day program in addition to our amazing part-time programs. We look forward to providing a wonderful year for your children with a fun, educational and enriching experience. Please complete and return the registration forms by Wednesday, August 13 - your student(s) will not be able to start school without a complete packet. If you have difficulties accessing any of the forms please let me know.

Opt-In From (Due August 8)
One Sunnybeam tradition that helps create a successful start to the year is sharing a family photo. In addition to filling out the above forms, please send a family photo to Teacher Michele by August 13. We will be posting these in our Big Room. The children really enjoy "introducing" their families to their friends.

Certificate of Immunization Status
Please contact your child’s physician for a copy of your child’s most recent immunization status and either complete a downloaded form from the Washington State Department of Health or include the form that your doctor’s office may be able to provide you. Please review the chart on the following page for the Washington State Department of Health’s current required immunizations to ensure your child is up to date on his/her vaccines. This form must be signed by a parent/guardian and included in your registration packet.

Certificate of Exemption
Sunnybeam School follows the Washington State Department of Health guideline for required immunizations for preschool aged children. Please review the chart on the following page. If your child does not meet these requirements please complete a Certificate of Exemption form. Should the Department of Health update their requirements for the 2025-2026 school year, we will send out an updated chart. This form must be signed by both parents and a physician and returned with your registration packet:
